Yoga blessed Jasmines life in a time when she needed it the most.  She first embarked on her calling after a knee injury ended a long-time competitive gymnastics career.  For many years she was broken and soul searching to find something to fill that void.  Nothing ever did.  After trying various types of fitness, Jasmine stumbled upon an up and coming yoga studio in Charlotte, NC where her life was forever changed for the better as she found herself on the path to a happiness once again.  After practicing for a few years, Jasmine decided that she needed to share this amazing gift of yoga with others.  After careful consideration, she signed up for an immersive Teacher Training deep in the jungle of Costa Rica with Frog Lotus International hosted by, Vidya Jacqueline Heisel and Jennilee Toner.  While there, she received her 200 Hour Certification and a whole renewed take on life.  After her return to Charlotte, she quickly began teaching and never looked back.  Over the past years, Jasmine has taught at Suryalila Retreat Center in Southern Spain, received an Art of Assisting Certification from the  Baptiste Yoga Institute, become one of the innaugural Brand Ambassadors for Clean Juice Bar and has been featured in such publications as Yoga Journal Magazine and Women's Health.

In the past years she received her Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification with the Pranashama Yoga Institute in Bali, Indonesia.  During her time there, Jasmine was fortunate enough to learn from such yoga masters as Dashama Konah Gordon (founder of Pranashama)  and Rae Indigo. After this training, she was sought out by Dashama personally to work for the Pranashama Institute assisting in international teacher trainings in addition to hosting her own.

Most recently she has embarked upon her 1000hr Yoga Medicine Training under the guidance of Tiffany Cruickshank and opened her own studio in Upstate NY after serving many years is the Charlotte, NC yoga community.

She is  formally trained in Vinyasa, but also incorporates many different lineages into her classes. Jasmine is currently registered as E-RYT 500 in accordance to the Yoga Alliance.  Her mission is to spread joy in abundance, inspire people to see the world, and live a happy, healthy authentic lifestyle with love and gratitude, Namaste
