"I met Megan at dance events and took her workshop in Boston at the Boston Tea Party and learned so much! She explained how to still BREATH while dancing. She explained how to use your feet correctly while walking which allows your body to properly function from toes to your head. I realized that medical school didn't teach me anything like this and her information is essential to overall health and well being!" - Marta Canfield, MD and dancer
